Is the PSU OK even if I upgrade to an 8800? How about if I add a Hauppauge? I am planning to OC the e2160 to 3.2Ghz and wait for the Penryn which should be available in 6 months.

Thanks in advance. BTW, have monitor and HDD. All from NewEgg.

That PSU should be able to handle an 8800. Heck, I ran my 8800GTS on a 450W w/ 2x +12v @ 14A. That has 3 +12v @ 18A. If you're unsure, I know for a fact that my friend runs his 8800GTS on this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowImage.aspx?CurImage=17-103-941-10.jpg&Image=17-103-941-13.jpg%2c17-103-941-01.jpg%2c17-103-941-12.jpg%2c17-103-941-08.jpg%2c17-103-941-10.jpg%2c17-103-941-11.jpg%2c17-103-941-07.jpg&S7ImageFlag=0&Depa=0&Description=Antec+NeoPower+NeoHE+550+550W+Power+Supply

*edit* I see you're planning to OC that e2160, but you haven't listed an after market cooler. Can it be clocked that high on the stock cooler while remaining in the "safe temperature" range?

According to what I have read here on Toms, it can but now that you mention it, I should invest in an aftermarket cooler.
