So I got a new rig with a antec 900 case and it's pretty sweet with tons of room, fans and fancy lights. I have 2hard drives and theres like 7spots left down there, what is the point in so many slots? Does anyone actually need 9hard drives? What else can I put in there?

It's a mid-tower case. Would you rather wish it had few drive bays?

considering i just bought a Lian Lia A70 which has 10 x3.5" bays and im using all but 1 of them (8x500gb in RAID5 and 1x320gb OS drive) you can certainly use them all not a problem.

Yeah I can use all my drive bays pretty easily. I have 5 x 5.25in drive bays, 1 external 3.5in bay, 4 x 3.5in bays and I can tell you once I get a bit more money the 4 hard drives bay will be filled up with probably the 200gig already in there 1 veloraptor and 2 x 1 terabyte hard drives. The 5.25in drives will be filled with 1 dvd burner and rest with a hot swappable bay which fits 5 sata drives. And that lonely external 3.5in bay will become a fan switch. So yeah it's quite easy to fill these things up. Oh this is a mid-size Rosewill case in case your wondering.

Want to know how many of those bays im currently using, 1 3.5in drive bay. Thats it because I ran out of money and couldn't put anything else in it, stuck using a usb dvd burner I had laying around which I used with my laptop.
