hey, guys

So. i got the apples to o/c and play with settings. I put this in the Cpu O/c forum. but one person answered me the rest did not. If you could look and it and tell me how good i did i guess. This is my first real o/c on this computer like changeing the vcore ram and timings. so this is my first try. had some trail and error but i think i got it down. so let me know if i can do anything better on this o/c

here is my setup

Thermaltake Armor series 8000
Thermaltake Toughpower Cable Management 700W
Asus P5K-V
Intel Q6600 G0
Zalman 9500
Cosair XMS 2 DDR800 2x2GB
PowerColor 1950Pro X2 Cooler

I am using Pc Probe II/Pc Wizard 2008/AI Suite/SpeedFan

my temps are as followed.

Running Prime95

Underload 4 cores %100

Cpu temp 45-46-47c
Core 1 57c
Core 2 55c
Core 3 52c
Core 4 52c

Vcore is from 1.28 idea and 1.216. load

sytem 35c

I was reading the guide and i look like i am in Cool/Safe in the middle

Thanks to CompuTronix

so what else can i play with. that will make it run faster lol. and i am enjoying it until i burn something up. but i will not let that happend if i can.

my ram timings

Freq 400.7
FSB: Dram 5:6
Cas# 5.0
Ras# to Cas# 5
Ras#5
Cycle time 18

Command Rate 2T

Ok, so i played with my setting some more and here is what i got.

i changed Vcore from stock to 1.3250

now my Vcore at load is 1.184
now my Vcore at Ideal is v1.272

My temps now are

Cpu 45c Load 4 cores %100
Core 0 56c
Core 1 55c
Core 2 52c
Core 3 58c

Cpu 28c
Core 0 37c
Core 1 35c
Core 2 31c
Core 3 31c

Is there any way i can lower the Vcore a little more to make it a little cooler, or should i get a better cpu cooling setup for air? Will not use water setups yet.

My New Ram Timings

changed the speed from 800 to 667

Freq 334.0
FSB: Dram 1:1
Cas# 4
Ras# to Cas# 4
Ras# 4
Cycle time 13

Command Rate 2T

Thanks Everybody that will help me.
