Can you restate that another way, please? What is the problem?

When a flash drive is inserted, windows xp is displaying a dialog box that says that windows finished installing device driver for the new device, would you like to reboot now -yes, no. I'm looking for a way to hide this dialog box from the user and make it automatically default to NO. Maybe a registry edit that can help to achieve this. Or some other way.
