Sony handycam usb not detect in xp

Hi, I have Sony Handycam DCR-TRV140E, installed USB driver but XP (SP2) did not reccognise my handycam.
Saying invalid USB hardware, but same was detected on Win98SE,

Please help how to resolve it?

Try to plug the device to other USB ports.

Hi, in win98SE, then same USB port recognized it

tried in another USB port in XP, same error (cannot install this hardware. There was a problem installing this hardware)
