Don't post your personal information on the forum.

The administrator account isn't disabled or enabled. It's always there. It's just hidden if you have another account with administrator rights.

Create a batch file (XP Vista 7 Admin enable RAA.bat)
This will allow you to enable/disable administrator mode for XP Vista and 7.
We can install programs in XP in safe mode, so it is practical to enable the hidden administrator account.

Paste the lines below;
@ECHO OFF

:choice
set /P c=E enable administrator User, D to disable administrator user?....
if /I "%c%" EQU "E" goto enable
if /I "%c%" EQU "D" goto disable
goto :choice

:enable
if exist "C:\Users\All Users\ntuser.pol" goto vista7enable
if exist "C:\Documents and Settings\default User\ntuser.dat" goto xpenable
echo OS not supported
pause
goto exit

:D isable
if exist "C:\Users\All Users\ntuser.pol" goto vista7disable
if exist "C:\Documents and Settings\default User\ntuser.dat" goto xpdisable
echo OS not supported
pause
goto exit

:Vista7enable

echo Enabling Administrator Mode
net user administrator /active:yes
goto exit

:Vista7disable

echo Disabling Administrator Mode
net user administrator /active:no
pause
goto exit

:xpenable
REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList" /v "Administrator" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
echo XP Administrator enabled
pause
goto exit

:xpdisable
REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList" /v "Administrator" /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
echo XP Administrator disabled
pause
goto exit

:exit
