kinda dumb question here. but in my mobo, there is only 1 3pin connector for the case fan. i wanted a 1 on the back and 1 more one the side of the case for intake. the fan i bought, has 3pin connector that is connected to the 4pin. so i plugged 3pin on to the motherboard, and onto that sticking out 4pin connector, i connected to the other fan. so basically, fans are connected like this::
mobo - 3pin - fan - 4pin - fan
i hope you guys can understand this

so i used my computer like this for morethan 5 hours now.
will this make problems??

by the way, only 1 fan on mobo, and 2 fans on mobo ran SAME SPEED.
have any of you guys tried this??

No one can answer this for sure. It probably will do no harm if you stop at two fans. It would be much better to plug the fan into a 'fan only' plug straight from the PSU.

The way you have it set up now there are motherboard circuits carrying more load than they were probably designed for. Will that one extra fan be the 'straw that breaks the camels back'? Probably not, but nobody knows for sure.

I'd say running the case cooler with two fans will be better in the long run. Not to make this any longer but...any info about your setup would help more knowledgeable people give you better advice.
