Dual Monitor Strangeness with 7600GT

Thanks for coming in for my problems.

Its been a while since i got a 7600GT (Forceware 91.33) connected 2 LCD monitors, one Viewsonic and one BenQ. This setup works fine for more than a year until recently i get nothing (no signal) from the card on booting the pc up. And that's before entering windows, no bios and whatever. Yet windows boot up fine, i just get nothing out of the displays.

Though I can get one LCD hooked up and everythigns fine and i can get back the dual mon thing later on. So i think it's not the hardware but windows as i found that windows recognize a total of 5 monitors, 2 P&P and 3 default.

So, is there anything i can do to fix it?
