Im looking for any cpu fan cooler where i can just go ahead and use a screwdriver to screw it in the mobo without having to take the mobo out..I also dont want the plastic ones where i have to press on either..I couldnt find any on newegg and i was hoping i can get some help here on finding one ? I need one with a lga 775 socket connector and that is either 80mm or 90mm..I have a pentium d processor..any suggesstions ?

There shouldn't be any, because multi-layer motherboards will be damaged by screwing something into them. They're fine under compression, which is why the standard Intel system works, and why other systems use backplates as something to screw into or otherwise secure the hsf.
Thus, you're stuck with taking the motherboard out.

I'd say it's a pushpin, never heard of a cooler that you screw in.
