With a Q6600 and 8800GT what is a good RAM/Mobo Combo.

Also is 4GB really worth it (Assuming i get Vista 64bit) over 2GB? The only real memory intesive programs i will use is Games.

I 680i is a tad expensive so Im looking at something cheaper..preferably 100-150$ in a mobo. For RAM budget is something like 100-150.
