i have oc problem with 4x1GB... modules are supertalent pc6400 cl4 and identical.
with 2x1GB (any two and any channel) everything works with 400x8=3.2GHz cpu and 400x2.5=1000MHz@5-5-5-15@2.1 for ram or even more (1066MHz)...
IS RAM OC POSSIBLE AT ALL??? i try to increase memory voltage to 2.3V
333x3=1000MHz@5-5-5-15 works, but system is unstable!!

what do you think about 400x8=3.2GHz for cpu, and 400x2=800MHz@4-4-3-8@2.0v
is that fine combination, or somebody suggest something else??

With more sticks of ram, it's harder to OC and you'll need more voltage. I like to set my memory multiplier to the lowest possible, which is 2, because in everyday application, you won't see the difference. Just get the timings as low as possible.

i am going to stay on:
400 x 8 = 3.2GHz for cpu and
400 x 2 = 800 @ 4-4-3-8 @ 2.0V
---------------------------------------------------
can 4-4-3-8 go lower?? which voltages?
and does i need to increase voltages for fsb and mch
for my OC? i dont understand when i must increase fsb and mch voltages??

I'm not sure if you have to increase your NB voltages, but if you are experiencing any instabilities, try increasing by .1v.

As for your ram, I don't think you can lower the voltages much more.
