One of our users is having an issue with opening meeting responses in Outlook 2003. She sent a meeting request out, and when she gets emails in response to that request (i.e. accept, decline, new time suggestion) it will not allow her to open them. When I try to open them up, I get the error, "Can't open this item. Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again."
She has 4GB of memory - only 569MB of which is in use - and the processor is at 3%. Outlook is the only open program, and every other email opens fine. The really strange part is that if I have her log into Outlook Web Access, the reponses open fine. I've tried repairing/reinstalling Outlook, but that didn't help.
Has anyone seen this error before? Or perhaps have an idea of where I should look for a solution?
