Deleting a document from a print queue

dell printer 960-can't delete a document in queue which has already printed!

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Press your Windows key and R together then into the Open box, type services.msc and hit Enter. Scroll through the list to Print Spooler Service and double click it. Click on the Stop button thenon Apply and OK and restatr the machine. Cloosing that Service should have purged the print queue and the Service wlil automatically start as normal after the restart.
