every so often, about once or twice a month, my computer crashs then restarts and gives me a "Buffer is overflowing!" message and makes me reset/reconfigure my bios before it will reboot again...

any ideas what is causing this and/or how to stop it from happening?

hardware:

FIC P4875 Max mb
Radeon x1650 Pro agp
sound blaster X-Fi extreme gamer fatal1ty pro edition
4 x 1gb ocz ram
intel p4 Prescott EE 3.4 ghz processor
running windows xp sp2
Bios: Award (not sure what version, but its what originally came with the mb i have not updated them)
