SPAM message !!!

Hopefully the moderator can take attention on this.
I just got a PM from user called "fanny" and i supposed it's a SPAM.
I got enough spam like this on my mail inbox. I've changed my mail account and now this spammer goes into forumz ???

Posting to forums and such on the web is the fastest and easiest way for spammers, scammers and such to gain access to you. You should keep 2 email accounts, 1 as your main account, and another to use for internet purposes that has all security on the highest settings. Leave these emails on the web, do not set your third party email program like Outlook or whatever to retrieve or download them. Look at them directly on the Web server, and set them to delete daily.
