Is my PSU good enough to keep?

I currently have a 430 watt Antec PSU, and just upgraded my system to the following:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+
GIGABYTE GA-M57SLI-S4 AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard
Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
XFX PVT88PYDF4 GeForce 8800GT

Will that be enough power to run what I have?

Well, if there is no SLI and the your PSU has powerful 12V line (at least 25A) everything will be OK.

I just checked to see which one it was, and it says on the outside of the PSU "Antec True 430", not sure if that helps any...

Hmmm, all I see on the side is True 430...

Not sure if it has a 120 mm fan, but I do know it's bigger than an 80 mm fan, hehe... It also has an 80 mm fan on the back of it as well, not sure if that helps any.

thats good enough for me....the P must have been some other revision....

Looks like it should run without issue since thats about 312 watts of 12 volt power alone and your system does not look to be that power hungry.

On the Extreme PSU calc(this thing over estimates anyway...)
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine

I added your system with a GTX(safe to over estimate a bit)
2 hard drives
2 DVD burners
4 USB devices
1 high end board
1 A64 X2 6000
ect...

so i am willing to bet you should be ok....
