Everything looks good but I would take a careful look at this (If you can spare the money):

"Rosewill R5604"
"500 Watt PS"

- I'm not a fan of Rosewill, take a look at Antec 900: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021&Tpk=antec%2b900
- Which PS is that? There are a lot of BAD 500W PSU...you can get a good 430W Antec Earthwatt PSU for $30...or spend a little more and get a 500-550W Corsair VH PSU for $75
- If you are using Vista..might want to consider 3/4GB RAM, If you are using XP 2GB should be fine.

PS: You should be able to find Antec 900 for less than $100 if you search the Internet.

Well i bought a 500 Watt PS off Ebay...... now before i start getting flamed to badly it is to replace the 500 Antec i have from a previous build so i can use the More Reliable Antec in the new build and as far as the Case i choose the Rosewill for a few reasons 1 it has good reviews on Newegg 2 Side mounted Hard drives with at least one Fan on them and for me it's a bit more functional than the other cases i had budgeted for the case on this Particular build

I'm not a fan of the PSU that you selected. Look into a quality PSU...Corsair HX520w. The PSU is the most important part of your build...when they go, they tend to take other parts with them.

Alright a bigger question about this build now i have enough points to buy a little bit faster CPU for 249 instead of 219 now the only difference is the CPU i would be getting the 2.66 instead of the 2.4 cache is the same just the Speed so would it be worth it? Would i see the difference from the 2.4 to the 2.66

Alright Changed the PS to CORSAIR 520 Watt 3 +12V any other improvements i can do to this Build?
