You can select each folder or file and 'right click' - then select 'Properties'. This will tell you the folder size. Windows Explorer will also do the same in the form of a listing.

I think you misunderstood me, I mean is there a program that can show what took up the storage space, like lets say I download some songs or some movies, it would show how much and when.
I'm not sure this program will tell you WHEN the data was put on your computer, but it will show you how much and give a visual map of what is taking up space.
