Wired and wireless file sharing

I'm trying to set up a network that I can share files over my network composed of wired and wireless routers

my set up is the ISP connected to a wired router/modem which has 2 PC's and a wireless router connected to it. I have the routers RIP'ed. Internet works just fine

Id like to be able to share files between all wired computers and wireless laptops. i tried the "set up a home or small office network" but only the wired PC's can see each other and not the laptop, and the laptop cannot see the wired PC's
