Proret.msi

Hello,
I have outlook 2002 sp3. trying to add address book from yahoo acct. Says I need to install translator. When I try it ask for
proret.msi of my xp disk but it is not there. Where can I get this?

I think it is on the Microsoft Office XP (same as 2002) install CD, not the Windows XP disc. Try your office disc or try the advice from this previous Tom's Hardware Forum posting:

I was able to migrate my yahoo address book to outlook. The proret.msi is on the original Office XP disk. Though it showed on the first page when I looked at the cd files, I started the Office XP disk and used the ‘install/ remove’ function. I had to go into to Outlook file and click to ‘run all from computer’. It then loaded those files (and proret.msi) where needed and closed.

When I started the import/export process again, it just when through the ‘what to where’ routine and I was up and running.

I will definately be checking back periodically to see if I can help someone else next time.
