Im planning on using the stock cooler for the time being. If i decide to overclock in a year or so i would buy one then, but as for now the stock cooler should be sufficient shouldnt it.
Also thats the only 8800gt the site im buying off has atm.

then it looks fine, i will recomend a modest oc something like 2.8-3.0 and i will recomend keep looking for the good brand 8800gt's they are worth just my opinion
What is the difference between good and bad brand video cards. I found the good brands on another website, but there $100 more expensive :s
And why do you recommend that psu? I didn't notice that one there before and it looks really good. Although it is 30W less, and provides only 40A total over the three rails, where as the antec provides 18A over each one. It definitely looks better then the Antec, but will it be able to provide enough power? That 40A sounds rather low.
