Enough power for 2 8800 GTS 640mbs ?

MSI P6N SLI Platinum
2gb Patriot DD2-800
EVGA 8800 GTS 640mb Superclocked (got another one from my brother for FREE!)
Antec P182 (standard 3 fans)
Seasonic 650W PSU
WD 300 Gb 7,200 RPM
HP DVD Writer
HP DVD Rom
Sony DVD Combo

so will i have enough power if i add the 2nd GTS? (btw i use 220v power)
