i have a dell latitude with service tag C5Q25R1-1D3B. Can anyone help me on this ive been stuck on it forever. PLEASE and Thank you!

There's no password generator - it could be anything. If it's your computer you must have set the password, so you've got a better chance of remembering it than anyone else. Failing that contact Dell - the tag number should correspond with their sales records, so they know you are the rightful owner; they may be able to help. Not recommended if the provenance of the computer is dubious.

Asking for help bypassing/cracking passwords is prohibited on these forums. If you are the legal owner you'll know what the password is.
