is upgrading from WD Raptor GD to ADFD worth it?

Im thinking about selling my WD740GD raptor and getting a WD740ADFD raptor. Itll be about an $80 upgrade. Is it worth it? Will there be any noticeable performance gain in general OS use/gaming? Has anyone done this and done some tests?

I think upgrading HHD is a waste. Get a game or save up for a graphics update. 4850 looks very nice right now. Or buy some more RAM. Only upgrade HHD if you need more space, then look for a good performer like WD6400AAKS.
