Hello,
How do i get screensaver to activate on personal computer?

are you trying to setup a screen saver for the first time on this PC?
if so just right click on a open spot on your desktop and choose "Properties"
Then Click on the Screen Saver Tab
Next click the drop down box and choose a screen saver and then set the time.

If the screen saver box is grayed out then you dont have permissions to set one or something disabled it.
