I have to SATA HDD RAID STRIPPED! Is it worth adding more drives for speed??

It depends on the size of the files you're working with.
If they are large enough it's worth for you increase your bandwidth.
If they are small, deterioration in access time may result in poorer results than a single 2-drive RAID0.
For gaming, 2 drives is enough. On a pure performance basis, sometimes it's even worse than a single fast drive, like raptors.

No still have two 360 kb 5 1/4 drives plus one 80 mb hard drive that i payed $324.00 for in 1987

80MB? How will you ever use all that space? :o

(I can actually remember thinking this too, first with 500MB, and then with 6GB, and then with 120GB...)
