Question for os drive

Hey I wanted to get more opinions. When it comes to an os drive do you look for a drive with better access time? For example if i have a raptor 150 and two 750 gig hard drives for storage. Wouldnt it be better to keep the raptor as on os drive rather than sell it and replace it for a western digital 640

The performance between the raptor and 640gb wil be neglictable. If you need the extra storage, go for the 640gb.
