how far can you push ddr2-800

Does anyone know how far you can push DDR2-800 ram?

I've got Corsair XMS2 PC6400 2GB Kit. Label says 5-5-5-12 2T but the SPD is programmed as 5-5-5-18 2T. It's running at 810mhz 5-5-5-15 2T 1.8V stable at the moment.

So my question is, how many more mhz can it go, and how tight can the timings be? I don't want to push the ram sticks any higher than 1.925V

That depends on every ram, but Corsair isn't the best OCing ram. I would guess around 900MHz, depending on how loose the timings are.
