I've been looking through newegg but get freaked out at all the negative reviews for every mobo. I'd like a good AMD ATX (want to keep my current case) mobo around $100-$140 but am very unsure as to what is quality. Any suggestions?

Intel overclocks a lot better and is a lot faster than AM2.
Stick with Intel if you want a good machine.
AMD just has a price advantage right now.
