i erased a linksys wireless adapter off of my computer and nowi am getting a Can't load Rss_dll error that pops up. what can i do to fix this

You could use Windows Regedit to find stray bits of the Linksys install in the Registry but.....

Probably better to re-install the Linksys and run an Uninstall process (preferably the one that's in the Linksys software) or in Windows Control Panel, Add & Remove Programs.
