2.What about graphic card, what would be the best choice?
3.I am looking for 2 GB of ram DDR2. What would you suggest?
4.Are the rest of the hardware parts I mentioned are a good choice?
5. Are those components are compatible? If I will put all of them together, do they will fit and work together at very high quality ?
6. Do you know if I could find chipper prices than I presented?

Thank you for your help

  1. Hi and welcome to the forums mate :)
    1_For processor, go for Q6600
    2_8800GT blows away a 8600GT , so definitely go for 8800GT
3_OCZ,CORSAIR,CRUCIAL are good, get a DDR2 800 RAM with 4-4-4-x or lower timings
    4_Yes
    5_Yes
  2. Thanks for your post
That helps. I have one more question. I was going through video graphic web pages and I found pretty good deal on
GECUBE HV195XTG3-E3 Radeon X1950XT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814241063

it has good rating scores? what do you think about it?
    thanks
  3. 8800GT is alot better than X1950XT
  4. Get the Q6600 with a good cooler and OC to 3G.
Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) is good RAM and works with the Gigabyte boards well. If you get other RAM check the QVL - qualified vendor List, for that mobo, on Gigabytes website.
  5. Thanks for your help.I appreciate it.
If you can ,could you guys answer two more question.
    1. What excutly means 'OC' as a word, '3G' as a word and 'OC to 3G' as a phrase. I know that stupid question.
    2. The motherboard that I mentioned doesn't have IEEE 1394 (FireWire, i.Link), but Case does which is really great. If I would like to connect my camcorder is it better to pick motherbord that have IEEE 1394 or buy additional card? What is the better option? What is good motherboard that support firmwire and is close to that one that I picked.
    Thanks
  6. "Overclocking to the frequency of 3 GHz". Forget it. If you need to ask what OC means it's dangerous to do it. You have to know a bit more about computer hardware to do this safely.

You could get the GA-P35-DS3P motherboard to get FireWire support.
