Desktop scrolling message software
Hello,
i am a teacher and i was using a free trial of Activinspire and it just ran out. In the pro version i was able to have a scrolling message that would say my objectives for the day. I would be at the top of my screen at all times over what ever program that i had running. I no longer have that ability anymore and i need it back. what free or cheap programs can i use or what can i do to get this ability back?
