no fan control in riva tuner

I have two geforce 8600 gt cards in sli. I am trying to adjust the fan on these cards. I downloaded rivatuner v1.06 and I have no option to adjust the fan speed. I have looked closely at several guides and still cannot figure it out. Does my card not have an adjustable speed fan? I also have the most current drivers for everything. any help is appreciated.

my hardware:
asus crosshair mobo
amd athlon x2 6400
8gb (2x2gb) ddr2 800 geil evo one ram at 4-4-4-12
2x pny geforce 8600 gt in sli (256mb version) (will be updating shortly to either 8800 gt or 9800 when it come out)
WD raptor x 150 gb HDD
silverstone op1000 psu

You mean Rivatuner v2.06? You said v1.06.

I just tried that walkthrough but I have no option for fan control in rivatuner at all. Any other ideas?

thanks for the reply I just got it working. I guess I have v2.05 installed v2.06 fixed the problem. Thanks again.
