More about loading problems
  1. You likely require an XP install CD that includes at least Service Pack 2.

Many newer motherboards require at least Service Pack 2 to install properly.

If you don't have one available, let me know and I can probably find you the instructions for slipstreaming one.
  2. ^ Agreed.
You can use nlite to slipstream SP2 or SP3 into your install disc.
