Planning to buy Mobo, CPU & Memo

Hello all,

I'm planning to buy a new an ASUS Maximus, Q6600 and some DDR2-800 (not really of your interest, i know) .
But the question is, anyone knows if we are going to have a drop down (or raise) in priceses any time soon?

I'm not asking for someone to check the fortune-ball, but maybe someone could tell me if I should wait for phenom to be fully out or something is going to be out soon and maybe a drop down could happen.
