Asking about Pirated Software on a Public forum ain't the smartest thing to do!

That could be a BIG clue to your (real) problem.

When windows gives you an error message saying that it
"Cannot open 11 files", this means either:

A. You need to identify a program that can open the file
B. Or your registry may be damaged

According to a Google search for file extension 11, the primary association is for an IBM Voice Type Language Script Data File

That's all I can find!

it's (probably) part of a WinRAR file sequence (you need the other 0..10 files).
What we are trying to tell you (and obviously failing) is that asking questions about known pirate software on a Public support forum isn't the smartest thing to do.

I found another site that states:

"The 11 file extension is associated with Salt Lake Winter Olympics 2002 game audio files."

Maybe the file you downloaded isn't what it claims to be! Forum rules specify no discussion on Warez and other such downloads, but in dealing with the file type 11 issue, I think the file isn't what you think it is or it has been renamed to get thru firewalls with an unrecognized file extension.

However, game file like the Salt Lake City Game mentioned above used .11 as a game file but they are typically really a .RAR or .ZIP file. You might try those programs to see what happens.

Admitting that you downloaded pirated/illegal software is against the ToS.
