Burner Problem

Hi, when i start burning a cd/dvd my pc seem to go completely mad.
I can do anything else while buring cause pc is extremely slow and audio and video while burning don't work.
CPU is running 60% with only nero working.

Any suggestion?

sounds like the system you have may not have enough umph!!!!
detail a bit more on the pc i.e. ram, memory, dvd speed?
