JUST A QUICK QUESTION AS TO WHETHER OR NOT I WILL BE ABLE TO USE DDR2 8OOMHZ MEMORY IN A BOARD THAT'S QUOTED TO SUPPORT DDR2 533/667! NOTHING ABOUT 800MHZ. I REALIZE IF IT WORKS IT MAY SLOW DOWN TO WHAT MY OTHER MEMORY IS, BUT WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WILL WORK AT ALL IN A DUAL CORE MOBO?

STOP SHOUTING. (That is what ALL CAPS means.)

You DDR2-800 should work just fine. Generally speaking, RAM modules backwards compatible, which means it will work at spec speeds slower than rated, as long as they are in the same technology group. (i.e. DDR 400 would work as 333 or 266; DDR2 800 will work as 667 or 533).
