I think his RAM modules burst into flames igniting his case which quickly expanded on the highly flammable carpet..and yet another tragic story of a 'stranger' gone missing....

But if he did happen to survive and the nanobots happened to restore everything from it's charred state....Yea although the +0.4V option is red as long as your RAM is rated it is safe. E.G. I have the same EXACT situation, 1.8V My ram runs at 5-5-5-16 But at 2.2V it's rated for 4-4-4-12. There will be no risks as long as you follow the manufactures settings. Sounds just like the patriot ram I have.

In memory of sneamia..... *guitar starts playing*

I close my eyes, only for a moment, and the moment's gone
All my dreams, pass before my eyes, a curiosity
Dust in the wind, all they are is dust in the wind

Just a bit more voltage and it will be stable
All we do, the computer reboots and then were screwed
Back to scratch with more OCing to do
Dust in the wind...
