If you can get your hands on another copy of the install media, then yes. However, Office 2000 will likely have some issues with newer versions of Windows. Some programs may not run without some effort, some may not run well even then, some may not run period.

You may well be better off with something such as LibreOffice. http://www.libreoffice.org

Microsoft no longer supports MS Office pro 2000, so I doubt you'll be able to get it from them. You can get it from a 3rd party vendor. Here are some alternate options that can you try: Star Office, Google Docs, LibreOffice already suggested.
