Q6600 and case fans

hi guys,

I am starting a new build and because of my budget i am keeping my current casde. it is just a generic case. What i am wondering is that this case only has a rear fan and a vent on the bottom of the front of the case. Will this be enough to keep this CPU at a good temp or would i have to have a case wirh a side vent(s) or top vent(s).

ok thanks. I might plan to overclock down the road but not right now and if i do i wasn't thinking of keeping the stock cooler anyway. Thanks for your help.
