New system.....

hello,
So it's been awhile sense i;ve built any computers my last was a 3.0 p4 and an amd 4200... but now i have a new system newly arrived from zipzoomfly total of 2k

CPU - e8400
MB - GIGABYTE GA-X38-DQ6
RAM - OCZ OCZ2RPR10662GK DDR2 PC2-8500 Reaper Dual Channel 1066MHz 4GB
VIDEO CARD - ASUS EAH3870X2/G/HTDI/1G Radeon HD 3870 X2
CASE - Thermaltake Kandalf LCS VD4000BWS Full Tower Case w/Liquid Cooling System
HD - SEAGATE ST3500320AS 500GB SATA 7200 RPM
PSU - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX TX 650W

i bought this system with every intention of gverclocking... liquid cooling case and all but its been awhile and don;t know where to start, someone told me i would probably need to adjust voltages for things like getting the cpu above 4.5 and the ram to run at the correct frequency, im about to stick the video card in get the liquid cooling system running and install vista home premium 64 bit... open to any and all suggestions on the steps that should be taken nexr to get full potential out of this newly built monster!
