Window not gor for format option in xp

Hello,
I'm facing problem during the installation in Dell Laptop P-3. During the setup, setupdd.sys.file is not uploaded..code4 is error. How to get the solution.

tyr with new copy of XP cd..

Or wash the CD gently with soap and warn (not hot) water. It's just plastic.
