Scrolling virus of continuous 'o's and not able to use 'o' keyoooo

Please help top two rows of keyboard keep typing 'o's instead of correct letter and then scrolling 'o's across screen endlessly

I doubt this is a virus problem - more like toast - the physical kind, a crumb of which gets stuck between the keys and makes one of them think you're pressing it. Turn the keyboard upside down and pat its back like you do with a baby - difference is it won't actually burp but something might well fall out of it.

Tried that but no good. only way I can type an o is to type an e or a t or a u
o or an i, but it always appears when I type any of those letters

Example:

Toheo quoiock brwn fx juomps ver toheo lazy dg
see no o's when I want them but always there when I don't.

Does the same thing happen in safe mode?

Did you try using a can of duster on the keyboard? If something is lodged, it will most likely get it. However, pushing the e,a,t, and u keys shouldn't result in o. That sounds more like your keyboard was remapped.

Boot into safe mode with networking. Download, install, and update malwarebytes. Do a full system scan.

Does it freeze, BSOD, or do nothing? F8 is the most common keystroke to get into safe mode, but it could be different.

What kind of laptop?

Actually, you could but with a better chance if you use a USB keyboard.
