Go from the Start button to Run and in the Open box, type services.msc then hit Enter. Scroll through the list of Services to SpoolsV and double click it. Click on Stop then Apply and OK your way out. Restart the Computer and the print job queue will be clean and SpoolsV Service will have restarted automatically.
