Download this and run it in safe mode with networking!

Download this version of superantispyware and run it!

Restart your PC and start tapping the F8 key.

A menu will appear. Select Safe Mode with Networking.

A clean version of Windows will load. This will take a few minutes so be patient.

Next, download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Install it, update it, and run a quick scan. Delete everything that it finds.

Restart the PC and let it boot up normally. The program should be gone. If it's not let us know so we can give you more instructions.

Edit:

Is there a non-infected computer you can use and do you have a USB memory stick handy?

From a good computer, download a copy of RKill to the memory stick.

Plug that memory stick into the infected computer and run the program. It should stop Vista home Security 2011. Once it does, download Malwarebytes' and do a quick scan as above to delete it.

Hope this works it is a nasty virus!

Also -- Call the credit card company that made the card you purchased it with and either cancel the card or get a new card with a different account # since you have given them your Info and there will probably be charges showing up on that card soon if they haven't already !!
