Yes you're fine. There are other 600w PSUs that are better, but if you just want a yes or no answer, then yes it works with that mobo and an 8800GT.

A fully built 8800gt pc needs about 425W 28A on +12v combined. The 600W will power even a pc with a more powerful card.
