I have a PowerEdge 1600sc running Windows 2003 with a single SCSI drive utilizing the on-board scsi controller. I want to install an Adaptec 29320 controller and configure RAID1. My question is can I move the disk from the original on-board SCSI controller and place it on the new RAID controller, add another SCSI drive, create a RAID 1 mirrored array and not lose any data?

Thanks,
Jim
