E6750 just because its cheaper...you will get great performance from it gaming..and most games dont take advantage of quad cores yet...and probably wont for at least 6 months to a year..

Either one is good and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway. The newer 1333MHz bus only shows about 3-5% performance boost over 1066. The only reason I'd go with the E6750 is its got the new GO stepping, runs cooler and overclocks better.
