When I'm in the bios and I make the CPU frequency 400 x 9 (fsb of 1600Mhz) to get this Wolfdale to 3.6Ghz, down below in the voltage area it's flashing: SYSTEM VOLTAGE NOT OPTOMIZED!!!

How the hell do you determine that? Should I leave it on normal? The Normal CPU Vcore at the bottom says 1.224v. I'm running the chip at the stock 3Ghz now but I wouldn't mind a speed boost. Running at 27°c idle.

Go easy on me, I'm new at this.

Ok, tried it without setting the voltage and it didn't post. Oh well.

Ignore it, it's just telling you the voltage is on manual and not on auto.

There's a system voltage setting at the bottom on that page. Set it to auto from manual.

Leaving it on auto usually will give the cpu more voltage than it really needs.

Leaving it on auto is fine until you get your system completely stable. Then start reducing the voltage to find the minimum.
